LG te365f lock to Fido, unlocked DONE

Procedure :
Open LGEtool
Go to F.R.S.
Tick Add Request
Set to LG and wright the imei
Then tick Get Codes and wait to Recieve
Turn On phone with unsupported sim
Type the NCK Codes and DONE..
