Samsung Galaxy Note II N7100 charging ok but not full charge the storage of battery solution

NOTE II N7100 sabi nang customer fast low bat daw ang cp nya at hindi napupuno pero nag charge naman daw.......

action taken
change battery ng 2times and observe ko ang unit oo nga palaging 11% percent lang ung battery
nxt step try ko open unit change charging port with flex cable
same problem pa din kaya basa mode na ako sa diagram
at hindi naman ako na bigo...
