iphone 3gs new bootrom jailbreak and unlock

1st restore ko muna sa 6.1.3 sa itunes
2nd jailbreak sa redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 ang gamitin na ipsw ay 6.0
3rd check cydia and update ipad baseband then prepare for dfu mode
after jailbreak back to redsnow then select ipsw 6.0 then click just boot
tethered jailbreak palang.. then unlock and install appsync via wifi...
