Procedure:

1. Extract the Galaxy Flare V4.1.7z file
2. Turn off your Flare and Press Volume Up and Power Button until the screen turns GREEN.

3. Connect your Flare to your computer using USB cable.
4. Open GalaxyFlarev4.bat
5. Press Enter and Just Follow on Screen Directions
6. BOOM! Reboot Phone
7. its advisable to do a Factory Reset after installation.
