Flash phone first with HUAWEI U8850 Firmware.
Wait untill matapos ang flashing then unlock!

Unlocking:
Install required drivers for Huawei U8850 (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
Go to "Unlock" tab
Connect the phone to PC with USB cable either in Normal or in Download mode connection:
Normal mode: turn the phone ON and wait until it fully powers on
Download mode (for SoftBank 007HW model): Press Vol + and Power ON simultaneously until you see a message that you are now in a Download mode
Select Huawei Diagnostic Port in the ports selection tab
Press "Unlock" button
Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
Disconnect the handset
Phone is unlocked
