procedures
1. Press and hold the Power + Home/Menu button. Shortly a restore menu appears.
2. Then select Wipe data/factory reset.
3. Now select Yes to proceed.
4. Wait for the Samsung Galaxy Ace to finish the process, and after it finishes, select Reboot now.
5. Now wait for the phone to start up.
