QualComm T919 unlock done by HWK

Procedure:
* set QualComm USB mode by pressing *#782872#
* connect USB
* check COM Options QualComm Mode
* hit COM Options Refresh button
* hit QCDI Info button
* enter UNLOCK CODE "NET :"
