procedure:
* run LGETOOL sofware
* click Remote Services
* select Motorola
* click MSN
* type MSN then OK ---> MSN located at the back under battery
* click Get Codes or Get data from History
* Insert non accepted sim then turn on phone
* Input NP Code ---> enter the codes given by LGEtool
* your done.....
