STEP 1:

Procedure

Install Active Sync
Install Drivers (after installation of active sync & drivers, restart pc)
Press The 'Dial' Key To The Left Of The Optical Pad To Bring Up The Dialer
Type *#1546792*# And Select 'Preconfiguration'
Enter code *#81230*# And Select OK
Select HongKong For Country, Select 'Smartone' For Provider
Accept/Click Ok and The Device Will Hard Reset
Wait For Reboot and Setup Your Phone



STEP 2:

Proceed on Flashing

Open 1900DXHJ1 _ from download folder
Turn off the Omnia
Connect the Omnia to a pc using the usb cable
Turn on the Omnia
Click start button if the device found
Wait for job done massage
After Flashing Setup Your Phone (now with english language )
Done
