Marami po kong naging experience na connected na ung unit sa BB Desktop Manager pero pag gamit ng MEP Reader error po lagi, cant connect to the phone.
Based on my experience and tested ko na rin po ng maraming beses na, eto po ang madaling gawin para ma-detect agad ng MEP Reader ang phone at makuha nyo agad ang details na kailangan nyo for BB unlocking.
1. Turn off the phone
2. Remove the battery, and the SIM
3. Put back the battery (at this point, the unit should automatically turn on)
4. During the boot-up, you will see the "Blackberry" Logo and loading bar
5. At approximately 1/4 of the loading bar, and before the loading is finished, you should be able to connect your BB phone to the computer
6. Run FBL/MEP Reader
7. Click Read Blackberry Handset Info button
