First:


Download the firmware here: http://blackberryrocks.com/2010/01/0...rating-system/ 
You also need a Motorola USB Cable..

Procedure:
*Download and install firmware
*Don't run after install
*Open Local Disk C:/Program Files/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader
*Delete vendor.xml file and double click loader.exe

Second: 
Install the firmware

 All done!
