ROGERS NOKIA 5310b unlock [w/ Cyclone] and changeband [w/ mxkey] done

Procedure
-open cyclone
-back up/read pm files on common tab
-red all certificate or follow d'screen shot





then proceed to unlocking

UNLOCK DONE..
now proceed to change band rpl (para malakas ang signal sa globe)

write change band rpl with mxkey



change band rpl done



PHONE IS UNLOCKED
